2002, and in 2000, he established Central City Extra, where he continued to
provide leadership for 11 years; and
Whereas, In addition , John Nulty brought credit and distinction
to himself as co-founder of Alliance for a Better District 6 and the Tenant Associations
Coalition of San Francisco, serving the organizations.
Whereas, Over the years John Nulty has worked diligently to
address the concerns and needs of the resident of the area and improve the quality
of life for future generations, as demonstrated by his outstanding service from
1999 to 2007 on the Board of Directors for North of Market Planning Coalition,
Inc., and 2001 he has lent his expertise as a member of the Tenderloin Future
Collaborative and District 6 Park Planning Committee, and he currently distinguishes
himself as member of Lower Polk Neighbors, Inc., and Friends of Boeddeker Park;
